Please read all information below before submitting.

By electronically signing this contract you are committed to the information provided and will be hiring Jasmine Moos for beauty services.

  • Minimum booking for a wedding is bride +2 people.

  • Once the deposit is paid and contract has been signed, no one listed on contract can cancel services. You may add people/services to the contract otherwise at any time before the 60-day mark, but a signed contract must be honored by all parties.

    By submitting, this contract will be emailed to jasminelmoos@gmail.com. A final invoice will be emailed with service list and total price breakdown.

Payment & Dates

  • A non-refundable retainer fee of $100 is due when securing your date. The retainer fee is applied to your total wedding cost.

  • You will be required to settle payment for the wedding at the day of. Early payments are also accepted. You must pay in full with one payment; i.e. one check, cash, venmo or zelle. Any additional add ons (day of extra service, or any non-contracted services) and tips can be paid at the wedding directly.

  • Services are complete when bride is satisfied with provided look.

  • Any additional time added will be an hourly rate of $50/per hour for any touch-ups once services have finished.

  • In the event that the client needs to cancel services, please notify no later than 60 days prior to event. Retainer fees will not be refunded. If the wedding is cancelled within 30 days of the wedding date, 50% of the total service cost will be due, it being the agreed loss suffered by the service provider due to cancellation.

  • In the unlikely event that the service provider determines they are unable to complete the coverage due to unforeseen circumstances, all money (including the deposit) will be returned to the client.

  • Cancellations must be sent via email to jasminelmoos@gmail.com.

  • Please have everyone arrive on time and ready for service. The service provider is not responsible for parties who do not make their scheduled time.

  • Accommodations can be made for any unscheduled services on the wedding day given the wedding party provides payment prior to services being rendered and assuming there is availability.

Cancellation & Timing

Safe Working Environment

  • Service provider(s) will be sanitizing between clients, disinfecting tools and brushes and maintaining a work environment consistent with health and safety laws at all times.

  • PPE (Personal Protective Equipment, i.e masks) may be worn upon service providers discretion and/or client request.

  • Services may be declined and a refund will be given if a party member appears to be ill, coughing and/or has a fever of 100.4°F or above.

  • The client is responsible for any damages caused to the makeup artist’s equipment or property by attendees at the event.

Travel Rate

  • A mileage fee of $.80 will be charged for locations outside of 20 miles each way of the city of Richmond, Virginia 23224

  • If a second artist is needed, travel fees apply to the second artist.

  • All parking and valet costs must be covered by the client.

  • Locations over 2 hours require overnight hotel accommodation for the day before.

  • If additional artists are needed/requested for your wedding day, an additional $200 deposit is required at the time of booking for each additional artist.

  • In the event, you decide to remove an additional artist that you have secured for any reason after signing the contract, the deposit for the artist(s) is non-refundable, it being the agreed loss suffered by the service provider due to cancellation.
